Return / Exchange Policy

 

About shipping

・ If you do not specify a delivery date, we will try to have the product delivered within 2 to 6 days from the date of your order.

・ We can only meet your specified order if it is at least 4 days from the date of purchase. If your order date is Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, you can specify 5 days or more from the date of your order.

We also perform regular credit card approval, fraud prevention, security and related legal checks: If the checks are successful, we will process your order. In the unlikely event that credit confirmation is required, a representative will contact you for more details. Should these complications occur, we may not be able to match your desired delivery date.

・ If you are in a hurry, we recommend that you specify the delivery date.

 

・ Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date and time during the year-end and New Year holidays.

・ If the delivery address is difficult to reach, such as a remote island, delivery may not be possible on the specified delivery date and time. In that case, a representative may contact you by phone or email for confirmation.

・ For products purchased on Arimeda.com, you cannot use a forwarding service to change the delivery address at the delivery company after the product is shipped.

・ For each order, we will limit the delivery to one address.

・ Arimeda Collection shall not be liable for any loss or theft of luggage at the delivery address specified by the customer.

・ If you wish to have the product delivered to your place of employment, please enter the "department name" and "recipient name" in detail.

・ Orders from the online store will be delivered nationwide within Japan with no shipping charges.

 

About returns

If you wish to return or exchange items purchased at Arimeda.com, within 30 days after the item arrives, please contact the Alimeda Collection Client Service (TEL: 06 7176 2954 Reception Hours: 10:00-20:00, 7 days a week) Please be sure to contact the orderer by phone in advance and return the product before the time limit (excluding the year-end and New Year holidays).

 

We will only accept returns of products in the following cases.

1. Products must be unused.

* Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on the condition of the product you are returning.

 

In addition, we accept exchanges of products in the following cases. Products must be unused.

1. I ordered a ring of the wrong size

2. The delivered product was different from the order details

3. The delivered product was damaged

 

When returning the product, make sure to enclose the product and its accessories (including blue box, distributor card, drawstring purse or case, ribbon, shopping bag, etc.) as well as the delivery note and warranty slip. Be sure to also include the certificate of authenticity for your product if you ordered one.

If you are missing the delivery statement or the warranty slip, please contact the customer service department.

 

In some cases, we may process a refund after you return the product. Please note that if you pay by credit card, it may take some time for the refund depending on the card company. If you pay by cash on delivery, we will transfer it to the bank account in the name of whom originally ordered.
